Wash and soaked rice in water with salt for an hour and keep aside
Take Chicken in a pot add onion, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, salt and tomato puree and add hot water
Cover it and cook it on low to medium flame till all tender
Take egg in a deep bowl and whisked it, add saffron water and plain whisk yogurt and whisk untill all well combined
Now boil water in other vessels add saoked rice and salt, let it boil over high heat
When rice half cook drain warm water and keepnthe rice in strainer
Now transfer the rice in saffron mixture and mix gentaly
Other side when chicken done cool it and cut in optional size
Now heat oil in deep pan, add half of saffron rice and pushbit gently
Now arrange chopped chicken pieces in centre, again keep remaining rice and push it
Now cover the lid and cook for 5 to 8 minutes untill start to steam
Once steam come reduced the flame on low and cook for 20 to 25 minutes
Once rice cooked flip it carefully on plate to get golden crust rice outside
For Tempting, heat butter in a pan add dry pomegranate and pumpkin seeds and with raisins and pour over the top of golden cooked rice
Garnish with dry fruites and rose petals
